Many people have good “eyesight,” yet they are slow readers or have trouble keeping track of where they are in the book. While reading or doing attentive work, they may experience discomfort or tiredness. Vision therapy, like speech or physical therapy, aids with any impairments that may cause problems in school or in life. Vision therapy is a doctor-supervised progressive program designed by Developmental Optometrists to improve visual skills. It consists of hour-long one-on-one sessions.
